CHALLENGE
Travis Rice is an world champion, professional snowboard athlete based in Jackson Hole, WY. He is an entrepreneur and owner of the Natural Selection Snowboard Series. Travis was seeking ways to amplify his personal brand by launching new business ventures to expand his business portfolio.
OUR SOLUTION
Over two years, Ginny lead multiple strategic retreats and follow-on sessions to create a 1-3 year strategic plan. Once drafted, the plan was used to engage with Travis’ broader team and professional advisors. A few highlights of the offsite tools included:
Defining Travis and his company’s core strengths, economic engine, and best in the world offering with piercing clarity
Forming an executive leadership team and developing core sponsor engagements
Creating a portfolio roadmap for his various business ventures

With a formalized, well-articulated plan, Travis was able to share a vision forward to all stakeholders. In 2021, Travis launched a three-stop, international snowboard series called the Natural Selection Tour, featuring the world’s best free ride professionals.
